This article will be about \u00a0failures in\u00a0implant esthetics.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.greenspandental.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/images-3.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1491\" src=\"http:\/\/www.greenspandental.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/images-3.jpg\" alt=\"implant esthetics\" width=\"276\" height=\"183\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Placement Errors<\/p>\n<p>Poor\u00a0implant esthetics are a concern, particularly when the implant is placed in the front area of the mouth or even in the posterior section if the patient has a wide smile line. If the implant is placed too high or to low, this can cause all sorts of problems. The most common problem is exposure of the grey metal at the neck of the tooth. This issue <img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1487 size-thumbnail alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.greenspandental.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/imgres-1-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"implant esthetics\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>of\u00a0implant esthetics is not an easy thing to overcome if the implant is poorly placed. One can see that poorly placed implant can caus<img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-medium wp-image-1488 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.greenspandental.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/imgres-2.jpg\" alt=\"imgres-2\" width=\"259\" height=\"194\" \/>e dramatic esthetic problems. These implant have actually not been placed too far apically or coronally.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Another problem is poorly angled implants.
